Rethync Ltd is a fast-growing, innovative business supplying and installing an environmentally friendly, multisite re-usable steel hoarding system to the housebuilding and construction sectors.
We are seeking a highly motivated, sales-focused Account Manager to drive revenue growth, maximise account value, and develop new business opportunities. This role is ideal for an ambitious individual who enjoys building relationships, closing deals, and delivering against clear targets.
Experience selling into the housebuilding or construction markets is an advantage but not essential, as full product and sales training will be provided.
The Role
As Account Manager, you will take ownership of a portfolio of key accounts while actively identifying and converting new business opportunities. You will be responsible for growing revenue, building a strong sales pipeline, and positioning Rethync’s full product portfolio to deliver profitable, long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow a portfolio of key accounts with a clear focus on revenue and margin
- Act as the primary point of contact, driving repeat business and upsell opportunities
- Proactively identify, develop, and convert new business leads
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to consistently achieve sales targets
- Promote and sell the full Rethync product portfolio to maximise account value
- Prepare accurate, commercially sound quotations and proposals
- Achieve, track, and report against individual KPIs and sales targets
- Resolve customer issues quickly to protect relationships and secure future business
- Work closely with operations and installation teams to ensure seamless delivery from quote to install
- Maintain accurate CRM and sales data with a strong attention to detail

- Confident, persuasive communicator with strong negotiation skills
- Commercially minded with a results-driven approach
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working to targets and KPIs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Working Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 4.30pm
- Friday: 8:00am – 3.30pm
